hi,

the main difference between computer science with AI and ML and general cse is the first course has specialize mainly for artificial Intelligence and machine learning. has more precise syllabus includes with computer science. however if you get computer science engineering only it is also great cause you may take course in online or offline resources to sharpen your skill in latest technology. from my point of view a person should decide the course in which she/he are getting Interest after studying it. so it would be best as a fresh candidate if you choose general computer science engineering as stream for btech admission.
