Hello,

If you have already got a seat alloted for some college and want to upgrade it,then in the other round they will not consider the college where you had got the alloted seat.That colleges seat will be reserved for you unless you slide it.

In the second round you will get seat based on your new list and in the college that you placed higher in your list if eligible.
