see there are two type of scholarship schemes are available.

1.Merit-cum-Means Income Linked Financial Assistance Scheme of  Delhi  Higher  Education Aid Trust      2.  Modified Higher Education and Skill Development Guarantee Scheme

if you have enrolled in any programme of delhi state universities or colleges affiliated to delhi public university and if you have national food security scheme card or your family income is below 2.5 lakh you are eligible.

for second scholarship you are not eligible as candidate need to complete 10 and  10+2 from delhi region.
