Yes, definitely you can go ahead with both Chartered Accountancy and Bachelor of Commerce. Although, it will be hectic sometimes when your exams will be there, otherwise if you'll take your studies seriously then you'll be able to manage both very conveniently.

There are many students who opt for both CA and B.Com (H)  and are able to manage their time very effectively.

So, if you are interested in pursuing both alongside then you must go ahead.
