Because 12th,is very necessary and if you go to colleges then,you have to submit class 12th report like.marks certificate, migration certificate,..etc.

Next month iam attempting supply exam I will pass in that exam then can I eligible for it

No,you cannot sit in this type of exam before 12th ..
