This year toughness of paper was same as of previous year so the cutoff will be almost same. Previous year rank for 130 was around 10000. As you are from sc category so you have fair chances of getting IIT as minimum percentage of aggregate marks for sc candidate was 17.5 percent. So you have chances of getting ism Dhanbad etc.
