NEET is the entrance examination for admission to MBBS across India. First Graduation certificate will help you for special scholarships. For example, Tamilnadu has special reference for First Graduates in the family. But under All India Counseling, there is no specific reservation for First graduates in the family. Under All India Counselling, all the 15% of All India Quota Seats except for Jammu and Kashmir, 100% Seats at Deemed and Central Universities, IP Quota seats in ESIC Colleges, Seats at AFMC are filled by DGHS. And here the applicable reservations are EWS, OBC,SC, ST. The 85% State Quota and PrivateColleges are filled by the respective State Authorities. Here is where you can apply as First Graduate for special scholarships. Not all States do have this reservation. During State Counseling, you can use this certificate.
