NEET UG 2021 eligibility criteria is the set of norms prescribed by the conducting authority, i.e. the National Testing Agency (NTA).

You can apply for NEET  if you fulfill the age criteria. The lower age limit for candidates aspiring for NEET 2021 should be 17 years as on December 31 of the admission year, i.e., 2021.

Educational qualification are-

• Candidates must have completed their 12th standard or any equivalent exam with Physics, Chemistry, Biology/Bio-Technology with English from CBSE or any other state board.

• Appearing candidates who are already in 12th standard can also apply for NEET, but they will have to show their passing certificates with the required percentage to take admission in medical and dental courses.

To register for NEET you have to do following things

• To register for NEET 2021, go to the official website of ntaneet.nic.in
• In the current events section, click on "New Registration"
• Read the instructions carefully
• Confirm that you have read all the instructions by marking the checkbox at the end of the page
• Now click on "proceed to apply online NEET (UG) 2021"
• A new Registration form will open
• Enter the following details

1. Candidate's name
2. Mother's name
3. Father's name
4. Category
5. Person with Disability
6. Disability details
7. Date of birth
8. Gender
9. Nationality

• Select identification type and number that is either Mobile Number,Email Id, Security pin.
• Check the details that you have entered
• Now select "Preview and Next"
• Check the details mentioned on the prefilled NEET registration form
• Click "Next" to proceed
• Create a password
• Choose a security question and answer
• Click on "OTP Verification"
• You will receive a 6-digit OTP on your registered email Id/ mobile number
• Enter the OTP and submit the registration form
• A provisional NEET application number is generated
• Note down this number for future reference
