Hello candidate,

Here are some of the steps which can help you to increase your memory and boost your brain power during the primary days of your dissertation so that you can have a draught of your subject during your higher studies-

Try a Fish Oil Supplement as it is quite beneficial for the brain cells

Make Time for Meditation it will help you to improve your concentration and focus

Maintain a Healthy Weight so that you do not feel lazy and dumb.

Get Enough Sleep so that your body gets enough time to recover and restart the day with and fresh boost of energy.

Try to include physical activity in your daily routine so that your body gets physical movement and can remain in proper shape and help you to get into a fit shape.

Hope you found it helpful!!
