If you do not want to attempt NEET and wish to work and serve in Medical field, don't worry, lots of options are there. You need to score minimum 50% marks in PCB and 50% aggregate marks , in some courses 60% aggregate marks.

Biotechnologist - you can get Bachelor's degree in biotechnology
