Hi Snehal

Documents required during counselling of JIPMER is as following-

JIPMER admit card
rank letter of JIPMER
Class 12 marksheet and pass certificate
proof of date of birth(class 10 pass certificate or birth certificate)
Resident cetrificate for resident of puducherry
Character and transfer certificate from recent institute studied
six recent passport sized photograph
caste and resident certificate ,verified by revenue authority (tahsildar)
