Hello

See the options differ if you are going for BSC in Biotechnology PCB marks will be considered and if you are opting BE or Btech in biotechnology PCM marks will be taken into consideration. Irrespective of branche you are going to opt in engineering PCM marks is calculated.

Yes you can.
For admission into IITs and NITs you need to pass JEE, but other private colleges have different exams as well.
