Yes, refund process is there in every college but it depends on the course you chosen like BSC, MECs etc .

Most college deduct resgisteraion fees and some formalities fees And rest they refund.

You can take fill the submit the refund form which is available at you college in the administration department of your university.

If they approved your request they refund your money.
