No, you can not change your filled choices now. The preference list is uneditable after deadline. You should have created the preference list with guidance and consciousness. Now choices cannot be changed, however whatever seats you get in first round, can be retained using float option, this means if you get a more preferred seat, then you can have it otherwise your first round seat will still be in your hands.
