I hope you are doing good. Now coming to your query, You said that you have chosen Float option in the 1st round but your seat didn't change. Dear if you want to take that seat only then you have to report RC to change your option from Float to Freeze(to lock the seat) then you can't attend for further rounds. If you want to take further rounds of counseling also then you need not go to RC which means your Float option will be continued for further rounds also unless you change it.
