If you completed 10th standard in 2014, which means you start your 10th standard in 2013. If we start counting it, then you would have started 1st standard in the year 2004. That means you would have spent a total of 10 years in school, from 1st to 10th standard, that is, from 2004(when you started 1st) to 2014(when you completed 10th).
