BEd is generally for a duration of two years which includes four semester, I'm answering your query only from the perspective of official notification of WB SSC  that released in December'2020. In the official notification it has been clearly mentioned that though candidates appearing in any relevant teacher's training program may be eligible to get admit card for the exams but they won't be considered for subsequent stages, hence it's best that you complete your BEd degree and then appear for the exam,
