          We don't recommend you to deposit Rs 300000 to any institute.Most of the colleges and universities refund your money till some date only or till the new session starts. The refund is given only after deduction of 10 to 15% of the total deposited amount. 

If you want to get seat in that college only You should request the authorities to take only 10-15k as seat reservation charges which can be refundable.
