hope you are doing great. As per your query  I would glad to tell you that migration certificate is generally asked at the time of document verification in admission process only which you have to get issued from where you passed 10+2 , so if you havent submit the certificate sooner or later they will definately ask you again to submit and if you not certificate then they can delay your result very much as a sign of punishment
