You can pursue BCA even after studying 12th commerce. The eligibility varies from college to college.

Some limitations that commerce stream students must take note of is that one must take part in entrance examination of state board or all over india and score good marks in it because usually commerce and arts students doesn't do it.

Commerce students with mathematics subject in their 12th makes them easy to study BCA.

After getting admissions it even takes Time to adjust to some topics and concepts being taught in class.
