No, you will not get any credit even if you do B.com (//B.com) and Chartered accountancy course together. The subjects which you will study in your Chartered accountancy course will coincide with few subjects of your B.com, so you'll not have to do extra preparation for those subjects. Apart from this there is no other benefit of pursuing both course together.
