Yes you can be associated with the project of bridge design after you perform Mtech Structural Engineering from a good college.You need specific skills and maintain a good college in order to get into some core companies.After that you can take part in the strcutural part of designing of the bridge.All depends upon the companies you take part in that will give you the specific role.
