Hello,

If even after the 3rd round counseling of the UP State Medical Counseling you were unable to get a seat, and then you withdraw from the 4th round, then the refund of your security fee is at the mercy of the refund policies devised by the counseling authorities of the UP state.

Typically, the security deposit is refundable if you don't get a seat during counseling and provided you do not participate in further rounds. Otherwise, however, your rules might be different if you withdraw after a particular round or if you forfeit your seat after being allotted one.

For confirmation of the details, refer to the official UP NEET counselling guidelines or contact the authorities in charge of the counseling directly. In any case, they will give precise information regarding refund policies for different rounds.
