if I dont have any fever,cough etc type symptoms can I blank that in my neet admit card? I am also not visit any cities before 14 days of neet 2020 can I blank that?

Hello Aspirant,

Happy to hear that you are safe and sound.Since you do not have any symptoms and no travel history,you are safe to blank in the NEET admit card.If you are suspicious I suggest you get yourself tested so that you can stay safe.Stay positive.All the best for your examination

Yes you can leave that space blank or you can do a dash (----)  there. The self declaration form will have to be filled prior to the exam though and must be signed in the presence of the invigilator.  (Hence I will recommend you to leave the space blank and fill it in the presence of your invigilator in the exam centre, if needed you can fill it on the centre itself).
