Colleges might be having the facilities for depositing fees through Demand Draft.. Confirm it from accounts department of your college

You can make it by debit/credit card which include some convince fees.You may also give dd if they accept.

You can make the payments from dedbit/credit card. Tell any of your close relatives to do it for you. Start the SBI net banking :p
