Hey Shashikant,
JEE Mains exams (IIT) requires eligibility :

There is no age limit to apply for JEE mains
Candidates musthave passed 12th examination in year 2018 or 2019 or going to appear for 12th examinations in 2020 are eligible to appear in jee Mains 2020 with Language, Physics and Mathematics as compulsory subjects and any one of these subjects : Chemistry, Biology, Biotechnology, Technical Vocational Subject.
You must have scored 75% in class 12th (65% for reserved category) or be in top 20 percentile of the respective board.

So you would not be eligible for JEE mains after 10th.
