It depends on the institute in which you are studying. In few institutes you can discontinue the course without paying the fee of that particular year or entire course while few institutes demand to pay the entire course fee or for that particular year fee in order to return your original documents. To know the rules and regulations of the institute in which you are studying please enquire in the administration office. The concerned authority shall assist you in this regard.
