Hello,

To pursue Microbiology in Under Graduate level a candidate must have passed 10+2 or its equivalent with Biology (Zoology/Botany), Physics and Chemistry from a recognised board. The minimum percentage requirement is different for each institute which you eed to Check before applying for admission.

If you have studied Mathematics, Physics and Chemistry in 10+2 level you are not eligible to apply for Undergraduate microbiology course whether or not you have passed in 10+2 with PCM subjects because you must have studied PCB in 10+2 Level. If you have studied 10+2 with Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics and Biology but failed in Physics and Mathematics you are not eligible for the course because you must pass in 10+2 examination in all subjects.
