If i fail in FYJC (CBSE BOARDS),AND I WANT TO CONTINUE WITH MY HSC BOARDS EXAMS.CAN I APPLY AS PRIVATE CANDIDATE.I KNOW ABOUT NIOS BOARDS

Yes, you can apply as private candidate, the exam will be same as regular students so better to try for that first rather than NIOS Board.
