if you filled your neet 2020 form in ews category and at the time of counseling if you are not able to provide the ews certificate due to any reason then you will be considered as unreserved category candidate and you can't get the benifit of ews category and in this condition for getting addmission in college you have to score above cutoff of unreserved category.
