You score is really good so you can get top nit like Trichy bt you may have to compromise with your branch look according to your interest for better prediction you can use college predictor of career 360

It also depends on the choice of branch what you want to take according to information given by you your score is very good so you will definitely get a good nit with a good branch for more accurate prediction you can use college predictor of career 360 it is very much helpful

Based on your marks and your category, you can get seat in to NIT for sure
These are the most probable colleges that you get in to :
1)NIT TRICHY
2)NIT ROURKELA .
but colleges may vary since you have to select options .if you go for more than 2 counsellings ,then sure you can get in to above colleges mentioned .
