Hello Shwetha,

You should mention your category for a rank range in your category. If we talk about overall rank or rank in the common rank list your rank will be between 13,500 - 18,000. It is according to previous year trends but in this year chances of getting a rank under 15,000 with 31 marks are a bit low.
