Hello Satyajit, you have pretty decent rank in jenpauh, this much are pretty good makes you eligible for most of the college out there. Surely you are ineligible for top tier government college. Now that does not mean that you are inelgible for all the college out there. I am not sure about your rank but do keep some other colleges as a backup plan. Hope this helps!!!
