According to your percentile in jee mains your general rank will be above 3.5 lakh and with this rank you will not able to qualify jee mains in general category and you will not become eligible for jee advanced, for general category you have to score above 85 percentile to qualify jee mains.

If you get a score of 64 in jee mains (general category ) then your chances of qualifying mains is extremely low. At this score you will get the rank of 7 lacs or more .

So not eligible for appearing in jee advance.
