Hello,
If you have scored more than 75% in your 12th board examination, and you have scored a very good rank in JEE mains ,then of course you would get NIT'S. As far as 12th board percentage is concerned you have to cross only 75% to get admission into NIT'S.
Everything depends on the rank that you score in the JEE mains and NATA exam, if your rank would be good then you can easily get admission into top NIT'S and top colleges of architecture. So prepare well and give your best.
