If you have 80% and you qualify in JEE then there are pretty good chances to get into good colleges. You can apply through B Category seats too depending on your JEE score they would provide you. So concentrate on JEE you can easily get into good institutions.

You would become sad to hear this if you are in general category then you do not have any good scope in getting the NIT's as well as DTU,NSIT and other good govt. Colleges.But There are still many good private institute that give admission to students on clearing the JEE mains.You can apply in those Or consider giving the exam again with full preparation.
