VIT UNIVERSITY doesn't reveal marks scored by candidates in VITEEE.So it's quite difficult for us to tell you about your predicted rank.It also depends on the difficulty level of question papers and number of students appearing in the exam in a particular slot.
But i think if you can score 100 above then you will definitely get admission in top branches of VIT UNIVERSITY.

Getting this much of marks will definitely get you your desired branch as per my knowledge. But rest all depends upon the competition level and how difficult the paper was.

You cannot get your scores from vitee as they don't reveal scores they just publish the ranks.
So my friend one cannot predict the rank.

Actually, VIT don't reveal scores but just give your rank at the time of results. So, one cannot expect the rank correctly as competition increases every year. Also, the difficulty of online question paper differs from day to day. The Vit paper is easy and every one may score good. Your rank will be based on relative performance based on the difficulty of question paper. If your paper is difficult then you may fall under 20k or 17k. Otherwise, you may fall below 30k, up to my knowledge.
