If I get 80.2% marks in class 12 cbse board and I have qualifed jee advanced.. Can I get into IIT

Your seat in IIT totally depends on your jee advanced rank. Role of your board marks is just for eligiblity purpose.
In JoSSA counselling you will be alloted the college only on the base of your jee advanced rank. If your rank is good enough you will get the seat in IIT.
More than 40 thousand students qualify JEE advanced each year but the seats in IIT are just around 11k so it totally depends on the IIT, reservation and branch you select.
Dear Anuvab, the candidate should have passed 10+2 or equivalent examination with an aggregate of at least 75% marks. For SC/ ST and PwD candidates, there is a relaxation of 10% as they need the aggregate of minimum 65% marks.
So, with 80.2% marks you are eligible for IITs. Now, it totally depends on your JEE ADVANCED score which IIT you can get. Just qualifying JEE ADVANCED doesn't confirm your seat in IIT. Your marks should also be good.
All the best
