If you have paid challen to hold your first couselling seat then it will be hold for you or else it won't be hold so do one thing pay challen and hold first couselling seat and do all process if you got good college in second couselling then put a trasfer of your money to second alloted seats which you have paid for first couselling seat or if you don't like your seat of second couselling then don't put trasfer by this way you will have two choices either first alloted seat or second allotment and if you haven't paid to hold first alloted seat then it will not hold for you
