Hi Tarun,

LPUNEST is carried out to help candidates in availing maximum scholarship. So if your percentile is more than 80 then also you can apply for it but getting CSE as a stream depends on the merit list prepared in the end. NEST in LPUNEST stands for national eligibility cum scholarship test so in that case if you are able to score good in it then also you can get admission.

Hello aspirant

If you get great marks in lpunest, then you are eligible for btech in cse in lovely professional university as it is a university level exam.

Whereas the percentile you obtain in jee mains make you eligible for all the universities across India as it is an national level exam Conducted by nta.

So you can apply for cse in lpu by scoring good marks in lpunest but you can't apply to other Colleges with these marks since they will consider jee mains or some other entrance exam.

Hope this helps
