See as per the colleges criteria you have to also give the counselling fees to finalize your choice or otherwise if you drop first round than you can enter in further subsequent rounds for counselling this is totally based on college counselling procedure

Like the current scenario is.. I dint get any seat in frst round of counselling in ugneet....i got seat in frst round of engineering through kcet... So if I get my admission done in the engineering clg by paying the full amount that is the fees.... Will I be eligible for second round of ugneet counseling for medical???
