Sorry dear if you got 45% in the 12th board you can't eligible for college because of the minimum criteria is you have to get 55% in 12th standard. So, dear, you have to improve your marks in 12th standard otherwise you marks in MHCET is useless. Work hard you can do it it's not that's much tough.
