You have not mentioned the category you belong to so I am  assuming  you from general category if you belong to any other category then do let me know in comment.

Do let know your domicile state to that we can help you in a better way as cutoff marks depends upon  state under state quota

Nevertheless,  as per previous year trends
With 550 marks you may lose a  seat in government medical college for mbbs.
For example
in UP, in neet  2019 , lowest marks required for general category for getting a mbbs seat in government medical college under UP state quota was 575 and it was for Medical College, Bahraich
In jharkhand, In neet 2019, 580 marks was the lowest marks that was required for general category for getting a seat government medical college under jharkhand state quota and it was forPatliputra Medical college, Dhanbad

So , as per past year trends , you should try to get at least around 580 to 600 marks to be on the safer side in your neet  examination if you want to get a mbbs seat in government medical college if you belong to general category  .
