Actually, you have to pay the entire fee except the part of the fee that you have already paid through JoSAA (or other counselling). The Hostel fee needs to be paid no matter what. But in the tution fees, you will pay the remaining amount wich is left unpaid, because a part of it has already been paid earlier.

You have to pay the remaining of the college fee (apart from the fee you paid earlier), and the hostel fee.

If college fee = c. Hostel fee = h. and already paid fee = p.

Then remaining fee, r = c+h-p.
