if i got another college in the third counselling of upsee but i want to go to the college i got in second counseling. is it possible?

Hii

If you have selected float option after your Second Counselling, then you can get the college alloted in Second round of Counselling in case you don't want the other college alloted to you otherwise you will not get it.
