i guess not, the choices are always upgraded, so you can get choice 1 but not choice 5, you can visit there website for more details or wait for spot round.

P.S - you should have been careful during choice filling.

If you got choice no.2 in Ist round and choose float round,you will be alotted choice no.1 only if available.
