As your query is you want to know that you got a seat in the counselling round of MP but you want to apply for the upgradation in the rounds of counselling, so you want to know whether you need to go to the college for document verification or not.

I want to tell you that once the seat is allotted to you, you can go for document verification procedure with the college only when you feel that you need to take admission in the college, if some how you feel that you want to go for further upgradation, there is no such need to go and report to the college for document verification. Once the process of counselling ends up and you decide or select the particular college in which you want to take admission then only in that college you need to verify your documents, there is no such procedure to go to the allotted seat for document verification when you don't want to go with that seat. Document verification is the process that is continued at the time of admission and not at the time of counselling process.
