Hello aspirant,

You can participate in both counselling sessions as Counselling dates of AIQ and States are different. So there won't be a date clash. But once you are alloted a seat through AIQ, after second counselling ,there will be a window, If you don't report to your alloted college or made the admisaion procedure you admission will be  cancelled,then your seat wil be vacated and be given through the state quota. Just go through the  brochure on medical counselling committee's website, before the counseling begins.
