Hi Rohit,
Yes ,you are eligible for VITEEE as the eligibility criteria is that you should possess 60% aggregate marks in physics, chemistry, Mathematics/Biology.
As your PCB subjects has 60% aggregate then, you are certainly eligible for VITEEE exam 2020.
