If you have already get admission in a college then surely you had paid the admission fees. But if you have not paid the admission fee and you want spot admission then you must be present at the time of spot counselling.

Also for the spot counselling you have to pay some little fees as told by the respective college. After sitting in this counselling you are able to choose your seat from the vacant seats present in the college. And after that if you successfully get a seat then to ensure your admission to that course you have to pay the admission fees at the spot. This will make your admission final.
